Do you ever feel like you’re not qualified enough, despite your achievements? Do you worry that you’ll be exposed as a fraud in your field? You are not alone. Imposter syndrome affects many of us, especially in fast paced industries like clean energy.
Regen and ReWiRE are offering a free, interactive workshop where we’ll delve into the depths of imposter syndrome and learn how you can conquer it.
The session will be led by Pamela Taylor, leadership coach and expert in the field, we’ll start by understanding what imposter syndrome is and how it impacts us. The session will also equip you with practical tools to intercept imposter syndrome when it strikes.
Many of you have expressed an interest in a session on imposter syndrome and it was raised several times in our January event. We hope you can join us for this empowering workshop, kindly sponsored by National Grid’s Women’s Network WING, and through it you grow your confidence, capability, and leave ready to conquer the challenges as you build your career in the clean energy sector.
