This report, published in 2018, looks at the state of the market, and how innovation can enable a sustainable energy efficiency market, based on a whole house approach to retrofitting housing being trialled by the ZEBCat programme. A key aim of ZEBCat is to not only deliver 16 retrofits in Devon, but also to build awareness and capacity in the supply chain and develop new opportunities to transform the market.
