This forum with National Grid (formerly Western Power Distribution) was for community energy organisations, climate action groups, local authorities and any people or organisations across the Midlands, South Wales and South West who want to help their local area to decarbonise energy and achieve net zero, whatever stage you are at on the journey.
We were joined by Connie Muir, founder of Croydon Community Energy and National Grid connections strategy engineer, Cuan Rowlands, as well as getting community energy representatives’ input on National Grid’s Net Zero Communities Strategy 2023.
