The transformation of energy – through decarbonisation, decentralisation and new forms of local and democratic ownership – requires us to look at energy system development in a much more integrated and holistic way.
At the event, we will hear about the ambition of the Welsh Government to be at the forefront of global efforts to decarbonise and the high performing and diverse teams that sit behind that vision at some of Wales’ leading organisations.
We are delighted to welcome Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs. Lesley Griffiths AM, Welsh Government as our keynote speaker.
Our panel discussion will explore strategies for building successful diverse teams and getting more women into the sector.
