This series of events marked the launch of the next phase of the EWiRE mentoring programme andwas an opportunity to meet your potential mentor and/or mentee face to face. Networking took place over a glass of wine and delegates found their best match to move forward!
Mentoring has many benefits such as supporting women to enhance their potential through career choices and working practices, develop their strategic and financial acumen, and build their professional networks and profile.
The EWiRE mentoring programme has been hugely popular and running since 2015. A new round is being launched over the autumn to continue our work to see more women lead the transition to a clean, decentralised and flexible energy system. See full details of the EWiRE network here.
