Over the coming weeks Regen will be hosting a series of in-depth interviews with key players in the transformation of our energy system.
As we focus on how to come out of the coronavirus crisis and support the most vulnerable in our society, thinking is also turning to the importance of a low carbon economic recovery. In each interview I will explore with a key element of a zero carbon energy transition: whether it’s the challenges of operating a zero carbon energy system; mobilising the trillions of dollars of investment needed; or how we can ensure the rescheduled COP 26 drives more ambitious action on the ground.
We are now delighted to announce our first two interviews:
- Operating a zero carbon energy system with Fintan Slye, director of the UK system operator, National Grid – Monday 11 May 16.00 – 17.00 Book here
- Raising the ambition of international climate action with Nigel Topping, UK high level climate action champion, Tuesday 2 June 11.30 – 12.30 Book here
More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
