Before joining Regen, Damaris worked in finance at the University of Exeter and Westcotts Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers and previously taught GCSE maths for a number of years.
She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She was also an award-winning playwright in her country of origin, Spain.
