Joining Regen in September 2011, Katrina has become the central part of Regen’s team and is responsible for ensuring Regen’s values are at the heart of the organisation throughout the employment cycle of all its staff members.
Katrina’s passion is people and is the main point of contact for the team in all things Human Resources. From recruitment and onboarding, contracts, developing and maintaining clear policies and procedures, responsible for health and safety, wellbeing and supporting the team. She champions for an inclusive and diverse workforce, promoting a fair and equitable culture.
