As a hybrid team, we recognise the importance of time spent together regularly to learn, develop our strategy, build bonds and relax. We organise regular social evenings, strategy days and overnight retreats, as well as dedicated ‘team days’, one of which takes us to the beach! Previous activities include paddleboarding, hiking, high ropes and axe throwing.
Developing our expertise is critical to our success. As a developmental organisation, we support the team to build their skills and grow in confidence through one-to-one management support, formal training and accreditation, mentoring, team knowledge sharing sessions, external speaker sessions and 360-degree feedback and development reviews.
