Regen's Women in Renewable Energy network partners with the clean energy sector to champion gender diversity. Since 2014, we have led the way in connecting, inspiring and equipping women with the tools, support and visibility they need to succeed in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.

How ReWIRE supports women

Mentoring

Our mentoring scheme has matched more than 500 women with mentors. Participants are guided through a year-long journey supported by training, resources and meaningful engagement. Whether through ‘speed mentoring’ sessions or one-on-one coaching, this programme is a cornerstone of our mission.
