Graduate programme

We know graduates are the lifeblood of our organisation and will drive the future energy transition. Our 12-month graduate programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector through tailored training modules and experiences, offering the chance to work across the team on a diverse range of projects to kick-start your career in energy.

As a graduate, you'll receive guidance and support to help you grow in your role. Your manager will assist you in setting and working towards specific development objectives, and you'll have a buddy to support you during your first few months. Training sessions led by senior team members will cover key aspects of the energy sector and working at Regen, equipping you with the skills to develop quickly and take on greater responsibility.

WHAT OUR TEAM SAY

“Through Regen's graduate programme I've gained diverse experience in the energy sector, from supporting industry events to writing reports and analysing data.
