Frances is a senior energy sector leader and energy transition expert with more than 25 years of experience in regulation and policy related to the energy and infrastructure sectors. She spent 10 years at Ofgem, including as Director of Wholesale Markets and Director of Energy Systems. She also has over 10 years experience of advising companies, investors and governments on energy and utilities regulation and policy. She has a strong track record of operating at executive level and engaging with Boards to deliver high-impact outcomes in both private and public sector environments.
