Frank leads analytical projects at Regen, focusing on breaking down the barriers to electrification. Frank specialises in planning energy infrastructure for the future and has authored and co-authored several thought leadership pieces on the future of electricity networks. He has delivered briefings on these topics to Members of Parliament, policymakers and regulators.
Frank’s recent and ongoing roles include:

- Report author, Electrification: The Local Grid Challenge in partnership with MCS Foundation

Frank also manages Regen’s Grid Connections Working Group, working with members of the clean energy industry to solve critical issues preventing new projects from connecting to the grid.
Frank joined Regen in 2022 from a consulting role in Accenture’s Utilities practice and started his career in engineering, carrying out research on hydrogen electric powertrains at electric vehicle start-up Riversimple. Frank holds a first class master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bristol. He is based in Cornwall.
